RD Eligibility Checker

Checks whether an address or GPS point falls within a USDA Rural Development eligible area, returning an ELIGIBLE/INELIGIBLE determination and a map.

Step by step

1. Enter an address

   Type a complete address, or click Use My Location to check your current GPS position.
2. Check

   Click Check Eligibility.
3. Review

   Read the result summary (matched address, coordinates, status badge).
4. View the map

   Review the map marker showing the checked location.
5. Clear

   Click Clear to check another address.

What you get

A results summary (address/location, coordinates, a green ELIGIBLE or red INELIGIBLE badge, and execution time) plus an interactive map centered on the point. There is no export.

Tips & notes

• Eligibility is purely geographic — income and other USDA requirements still apply and aren’t checked here.
• Use standard USPS address format with a ZIP for the most reliable match.
• An eligible rural location may allow a property to use NNMIL, but tax-exempt-bond-financed properties may not.
• Use My Location checks where you physically are, not a typed address.
