What you get
An AMI banner, an Income Limits table (household-size rows; 30/40/50/60/70/80% and median columns), a Maximum Allowable Rents table (gross rent by bedroom type), and optional NNMIL/HERA Special tables in modals. This is an on-screen reference with no export.
Tips & notes
- Rents shown are gross rents; tenant-paid rent is gross rent minus the utility allowance.
- NNMIL and HERA tables appear only when the area carries those designations.
- Half-person household sizes (e.g., a 1BR imputed at 1.5) are averaged between the two nearest sizes.
