What you get
Add/subtract mode shows the resulting date with its weekday (for example, "Friday, December 12, 2025") and a caption such as "120 days after August 15, 2025". Between mode shows the day count and a caption identifying which date is later. Results are on-screen only; there is no export. An in-page How to Use modal and an About Day Counting section explain the common LIHTC windows.
Tips & notes
- For the 120-day verification window: enter the certification effective date, choose 120 and Before for the earliest acceptable document date; or enter the document date, choose 120 and After for the last effective date it supports.
- All counts use calendar days, including weekends and holidays, and the start date is day zero (one day after January 1 is January 2).
- Typing in the Custom field overrides the preset chips; clicking a chip clears the Custom field.
- Counting conventions can differ by program and agency; confirm the applicable rule with your state agency or investor before relying on a computed deadline.
