Annualizes salaried (fixed-per-pay-period) wages across employers, layering in bonuses and tips at their own frequencies, with optional proration for a scheduled mid-certification raise or cut.
Step by step

Set up employersA Primary Employer tab loads by default; add more by typing a name and clicking Add Employer.

Enter salaryEnter the Salary Amount per pay period (not the annual total) and pick the matching Pay Frequency.

Add extrasEnter any Expected Bonus and Expected Tips/Commission with their frequencies.

Schedule a changeIf a raise/cut is scheduled, expand Scheduled Salary Change and set both dates, the change type, and the amount.

Repeat per jobAdd employer tabs and configure each separately.

Review & printWatch the live results update, review the combined totals, and click Print.
What you get
Three live stats — Total Annual, Monthly, and Weekly — with a Calculation Details panel per employer (and prorated Period 1 / Period 2 lines when a salary change is set) and a Combined Totals block. A Print button produces a printable worksheet.
Tips & notes
- Enter pay per period, not the annual figure — the most common mistake.
- Tips default to Weekly and Bonus to Annual; double-check each frequency dropdown.
- The scheduled-change proration only triggers when both dates are set and the change date follows the certification date.
- Output is gross projected income only — no taxes or withholding.
