Military Reference

A three-tab reference for official military rate tables — BAH by ZIP/rank, Basic Pay (with BAS) by year, and Clothing Allowance by fiscal year, branch, and gender.

Step by step

1. Choose a tab

   Pick BAH Rates, Basic Pay, or Clothing Allowance.
2. BAH

   Enter a 5-digit ZIP and rank, then click Look up.
3. Basic Pay

   Select a tax year and click Show table.
4. Clothing

   Select a fiscal year, optionally filter by branch and gender, then click Show table.
5. Cross-check

   Switch tabs to verify different entitlements; expand About for guidance.

What you get

Each tab renders a summary and a table — BAH with/without-dependents rates by year, the DoD basic-pay table with BAS rates, or annual clothing-allowance amounts by branch and gender. There is no export.

Tips & notes

• Dropdowns are data-driven; a disabled button or “No years available” means the database has no rows for that table.
• BAH lookups use the duty-station ZIP, same as the dedicated BAH tool.
• To project annual income (not just look up rates), use the Military Pay or National Guard Pay calculators.
• Branch and gender filters on the Clothing tab are optional.
