Household Folio

PremiumRequires an active subscription Open the tool

Household Folio is a subscriber workspace for organizing your work by household. Save results from any calculator to a household, and the folio automatically totals income and asset cash value, keeps your notes, lets you reopen any calculation back in its tool, and combines every saved worksheet into one PDF.

Step by step

  1. Create a household
Open Household Folio from the masthead and click Add Household. Enter a household name — the only required field — and optionally a property name, unit number, and number of members.
  2. Run a calculation
Open any income or asset calculator and complete a calculation as usual.
  3. Save it to the household
In the results, click Save to Household, choose the household, and give the result a label before saving.
  4. Add more from the household
On the household page, use Add Calculation to open a tool with this household pre-selected, so the next result saves straight back here.
  5. Review income & assets
The household summary totals Household Income and Assets across saved results; click Calculation Details on either to see the per-source breakdown.
  6. Reopen, edit, or print
Each saved result can be reopened in its calculator with inputs intact, printed on its own, or deleted. Use Generate PDF to combine every worksheet into one document.
  7. Keep notes
Add timestamped notes to the household to record context alongside the figures.

What you get

A household page listing every saved result with its tool, label, and date; running Household Income and Assets totals with per-source breakdowns; a notes log; per-result and combined PDF export; and an Open-in-calculator action that rebuilds any saved calculation.
