Hourly Pay Calculator

Builds a projected annual income from wage components — hourly rate, scheduled hours, overtime, shift differential, bonuses, and tips — rather than from existing stubs, ideal for use with an employment verification.

Step by step

  1. Add or upload
    Add an employer, or click Upload Verification for Analysis to auto-fill fields from a VOE PDF.
  2. Enter base pay
    Enter the Hourly Rate and confirm Regular Hours / Week and Weeks / Year.
  3. Add overtime
    Set Avg OT Hours / Week — the Overtime Rate defaults to 1.5× base; reset it if you override it.
  4. Add differential & extras
    Enter shift Differential Rate/Hours and any Expected Bonus or Tips/Commission with their frequencies.
  5. Schedule a raise
    If a raise is scheduled, open Scheduled Pay Rate Change and set the certification date, rate-change date, type, and amount.
  6. Review & print
    Review the projected income and per-component breakdown, then use Print.

What you get

Results show Total Annual (all employers combined), Monthly, and Weekly figures, with a per-component Calculation Details breakdown including any rate-change proration. A Print button produces a printable worksheet.
