Annualizes fixed recurring benefit income — Social Security, SSI, pension, or any custom source — by averaging the active payment entries and multiplying by frequency, with the option to auto-fill from an award letter.

Step by step

  1. Add a source
    Click a preset (Social Security, SSI, Pension) or type a custom name and click Add Source.
  2. Label it
    Optionally enter a Recipient name for the source.
  3. Enter payments
    Enter the Gross Amount and optional Effective Date; add more entries when an amount recently changed.
  4. Exclude outliers
    Check Exclude from calculation on any back-pay or outdated entry to keep it on record without counting it.
  5. Set frequency
    Choose the Payment frequency (most benefits are Monthly).
  6. Or upload
    Optionally click Upload Award Letter for Analysis and let the AI populate the fields.
  7. Review & print
    Review the results and click Print Worksheet.

What you get

Three stats — Projected Annual, Total Per Month, and Active Sources — with a Calculation Details panel listing each source’s active entries, sum, frequency, and projected annual, plus a Combined Total. The annual figure uses the average of active entries × frequency. A Print Worksheet button produces a printable report.
